We're focused on capital-efficient, US and Canada-based late-seed-stage tech startups that are using emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
Our underwriting focuses on execution. We are typically looking for the "3 legs of the stool" - we need to see that the team can build the product, sell it, and that the right customers are willing to pay for it.
Therefore, we are typically looking for a live product with solid traction and a repeatable, scaleable sales process looking to scale to series-A metrics in 12-18 months (which is our definition of "late Seed stage").
