We're focused on US and Canada-based seed-stage tech startups that are using emerging technologies to solve business challenges.

Our underwriting focuses on execution. We typically are looking for the "3 legs of the stool" - we need to see that the team can build the product, sell the product, and that the right customers are willing to pay for it.

Therefore, we are typically looking for a live product with solid early traction looking to scale (which is our definition of "Seed stage").
